Philosofy Louise Hay
1.-Stop Criticizing your self, assume you are ok as you are now and from that point you will start working.
2.-Dont scare your self, stop terrorizing your self with terrorizing thoughts. everytime you are frighthening your self, think about a rescue image, something that you love.
3.-Gentle and Kind and patient with yourself.
4.-Be kind with your mind. thoughts that build you up as opposed to beat you up.
5.-Praise your self. (What do you life for?)
6.-Support your self, you can ask help from your friends or outside, you dont have to do it alone.
7.-Be loving to your negatives, all the negatives choices were done to fulfill a need. So you can choose let go the old pattern and move to positive patterns.
8.-Take care of your body
9.-believe that I am always safe, knowledge comes to me whenever I need it.
