Thai Massage in BKK

I am at the Centar Hotel @ Central Plaza in Bangkok.

To cope with the jetlag i decided to get a Hot Stone Massage, and for the price i couldnt say no!

For a 90 min HOT STONE Massage i was charged 2200 thai b which is like 75 USD! wow this is just so cheap...and i got this deal at the 5 start hotel, i wonder what kind of deals i can get on the streets, now this is going to be my missing, for as long as i am here i will get a different Thai massage everyday ;)

This hotel is just awesome, despite of the fact that i got a business suite that its even better that my apartment back home, my room is at the club level (means PH and just club members) and of course it comes with an awesome view of Bangkok.

In Thailand and loving it!

El Tiempo

What do I have for brain?

The first time i met him

Hey hey hey, for all those who wonder how i met levi..well I ain't gonna tell ...however i can tell you what our first date was like...well i was not like a date date, it was more like...let me be in this public place which is not a restaurant so i can run away in case i want to...lol!

I remember we were in this park called Herman Park, and i saw a cute dogs walking on a leash, which is not surprising due to the fact that all the dogs have to walk on leash here!...I kept on looking at the distance and i  spotted a turtle resting on a rock, while a bird was chirping on a branch....i heard something and i realize those were squirrels hiding behind the bushes.

And then Levi showed up, out of no where and we were just... talking...time went on so fast...who would think that everything would start in that park and now...i would be helping him building our house, all days carrying planks of wood.

I remember the day at the park there was not single boy who were playing with a boat, i just love the way boats float on the lake. There are many activities that i want to do with levi, building the house was not one of them lol! i kind of want to design a robot, that has wheels for feet, that way it can follow me everywhere!

Yeah, it all started on September 16

Philosofy Louise Hay

1.-Stop Criticizing your self, assume you are ok as you are now and from that point you will start working.

2.-Dont scare your self, stop terrorizing your self with terrorizing thoughts. everytime you are frighthening your self, think about a rescue image, something that you love.

3.-Gentle and Kind and patient with yourself.

4.-Be kind with your mind. thoughts that build you up as opposed to beat you up.

5.-Praise your self. (What do you life for?)

6.-Support your self, you can ask help from your friends or outside, you dont have to do it alone.

7.-Be loving to your negatives, all the negatives choices were done to fulfill a need. So you can choose let go the old pattern and move to positive patterns.

8.-Take care of your body

9.-believe that I am always safe, knowledge comes to me whenever I need it.

Farewell to my toastmaster experince

My short experience as a toast master has come to an end, everything started last year when i was invited to a toast master meeting, for those who doesn't know what i am talking about, see below:

Toastmasters International (TI) is a nonprofit educational organization that operates clubs worldwide for the purpose of helping members improve their communication, public speaking and leadership skills. Through its thousands of member clubs, Toastmasters International offers a program of communication and leadership projects designed to help people learn the arts of speaking, listening, and thinking.
The organization grew out of a single club, Smedley Club Number 1, which would become the first Toastmasters club. It was founded by Ralph C. Smedley on October 22, 1924, at theYMCA in Santa Ana, California, United States. Toastmasters International was incorporated under California law on December 19, 1932. Throughout its history, Toastmasters has served over four million people, and today the organization serves over 260,000 members in 113 countries, through its over 12,800 member clubs.

I really had a blast while in the toastmasters, there is a good vibe down there and people are very friendly, and i really improved my speaking skills a nudge there, the only bummer is that i had to be there every Monday  around 7 and that was no fun...I still remember the day of my first speech!
It was called from Mexico to the world, although i got some critics that should have been named something like, I am a girl and that didn't stop me, i guess if i had the time to actually elaborate my speech, perhaps i had named it differently, anyways..as my friends at the toastmaster say, no guts no triumph and they are so right! ;)
